These terms apply to your use of the CalFem app, operated by Veyare. By downloading or using CalFem, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What CalFem is

CalFem helps you track nutrition with kindness — snap a photo of a meal and it estimates calories and macros, then syncs your daily targets to your menstrual cycle so harder weeks feel supported, not like failing. It is a lifestyle and wellness app intended to support general healthy habits. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Health disclaimer

CalFem offers supportive lifestyle guidance, not medical advice. Calorie and macro estimates from photos are approximations and may not be exact. The app isn't a substitute for professional care. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating, or have concerns about your nutrition or cycle, talk to a qualified healthcare provider before relying on the app.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google to use CalFem. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. CalFem is intended for adults only.

Subscriptions

CalFem offers an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Using the app

CalFem is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Ownership

CalFem — its name, design, and content — belongs to Veyare. These terms let you use the app; they don't transfer ownership of it.

Disclaimer & liability

CalFem is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates and targets will suit every person. To the extent permitted by law, Veyare isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. When we change the terms, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use CalFem means you accept the updated terms.
