Delete your account

This page lets you permanently delete your CalFem account and all of the data associated with it. You can do it yourself below — no need to email us or wait for a reply.

How to delete your account

  • Enter the email address linked to your CalFem account.
  • Confirm on the warning screen. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — once you confirm, your account and everything in it are erased for good and cannot be recovered.

Deleting your account permanently erases it and all your data. This cannot be undone — you won't be able to recover it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything we hold for you: your profile and onboarding details, logged meals and photos, weight and water entries, cycle and period data, reminders, and your sign-in identity.

Timing & retention

The moment you confirm, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account or its data afterward, so please be sure before you confirm.

Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play and are not cancelled by deleting your account. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. We keep no copy of your data after deletion, other than minimal records we may be legally required to retain (such as transaction records for tax purposes).
